The Haunted Mansion Douglas is no longer operating.
"We would like to take this time to thank all of you for your support! Contrary to the amazing rumors we have heard so far, we have decided to close due to the lack of help. It takes roughly 5-6 months to set-up The Haunted Mansion Douglas and without the proper help, our lives are taken over by it! 2 years ago we had our 1st son, Ethan, so we decided not to do it. We re-opened last year with the promise of the help we needed and did not get it. So this is why we announced last year during the event that we would not be hosting the haunt anymore. It makes us very sad and we will certainly miss everyone of you that came and had so much fun year after year. Over the 7 years we hosted this event, we collected over 60,000 can foods for the local food banks! Please don't forget about your local food bank and try to drop off some food to them from time to time. I would like to thank everyone involved that volunteered their time over the years. We appreciated it very much!"
